販売価格/Price：販売価格は、各作品ページに表示された金額（表示価格/消費税込）とします。Prices are indicated as sales tax-inclusive on each artwork description page.

作品代金以外の必要料金/Additional Charges：各作品ページに表示される配送料及び銀行振込の場合の振込手数料。海外発送の場合、この他に関税や輸入税がかかる場合がございます。現在当サイトでは関税及び輸入税の徴収をしておりません。これが生じる場合は受取時に直接納付をお願いしております。Shipping cost is calculated additionally at check out. A bank deposit fee maybe charged separately. For international shipping, there may be additional custom duty and import taxes. For these taxes, we are currently not charging on our site. In case there are any additional duties, we kindly ask customers to pay in the receiving country upon arrival.

支払方法および支払の時期/Payment Method and Timing：クレジットカード決済・PayPal（ペイパル）・銀行振込（国内送金のみ）がご利用頂けます。作品注文時にお支払いが確定します。Credit card, PayPal, and Bank Deposit (within Japan only) payments are available.

作品の引渡時期/Shipping Timing：代金のお支払い確定後、通常平日5日以内に発送いたします。天候不順や配送業者の都合、その他何らかの理由により作品の発送が遅延する場合は、メールにてお知らせいたします。Upon the receipt of payments, we will normally ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  For circumstances of delay caused by bad whether conditions, delivery services, or any other reasons, we will notify by email. 

作品の引渡方法/Shipping Delivery Method：基本的に追跡可能な日本郵便ゆうパック、レターパック、または国際郵便にて発送します。送料は荷物の大きさや重さと発送先に応じて自動計算されチェックアウト時に表示されます。国際郵便に関してはご希望の配送方法をお選びください。国により一時的に一部のサービスがお選び頂けない場合がございます。北杜市ご近隣にお住いの方は白州アトリエでの直接のお引き取りも可能です。その場合は事前に日程を設定させてください。We will normally ship by Japan Postal Domestic Services and Japan Postal International Services. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your location. For international shipping, you may select the desired delivery method. Currently in some countries, delivery choices may be limited temporarily. Direct pick up from our Hakushu Atelier with appointment is also available for those live near Hokuto city. Appointments necessary for direct pickups.

一部の作品（陶器スカルプチャー作品など）に郵送が困難なものがある場合、引渡し方法と時期についてはメールにて相談し取り決めます。Some art works, especially in ceramic, are difficult for shipment. For these special cases, we will discuss and decide the delivery method and timing case by case.

返品について/Return Policy：作品はすべて一点ものとなり、基本的には返品はお受けしておりません。サイト上の作品説明と画像でご納得の上、ご注文をお願いいたします。もし万が一作品の発送中に破損が生じてしまった場合、直ちにご連絡をお願いいたします。写真などにより状態を確認させて頂き、個別に対応を検討させて頂きます。All art work is unique and one of a kind piece. We generally do not accept returns. Please order after careful consideration consent to the work description and images on the site. In the event that the work is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will confirm the damage by pictures and consider the response case by case.

お届後の破損に関しては責任を負いかねますが、補修のご相談には物理的に可能な限り対応いたします。これに関しましては基本的にお客様の費用負担でお願いいたします。We are not responsible for any damages after delivery, but we will respond to repair consultations as much as physically possible. In this circumstance, the customer will basically be responsible for the costs associated with repair.

返品期限/Return Period：基本的に返品はお受けしておりません。陶器スカルプチャー作品に関しましては、到着後3日以内に開梱し、作品のご確認をお願いいたします。もし破損がある場合は直ちにご連絡をお願いいたします。Generally, we do not accept returns. For ceramic sculpture works, please unpack and check the works within 3 days after arrival. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately.

著作権について/Copy Rights：当ギャラリーに掲載されている個々の情報（画像、文章等）はアーティストの創造物であり、著作権の対象となっております。断りまたは出所の参照なく画像や文章などを転用することはお控えください。All information such as images and texts in this gallery are creations of the artist and we reserve the copy rights.
