We want to end a world where forests suffer and the Earth cries.
Through art, we wish to share and spread the voices of the living trees, the animals, and even the invisible beings that inhabit the forest—with people everywhere.

Forests provide us humans with immeasurable bounty. We believe spreading their world would protect them which is nothing less than protecting our own human world.

The forest is now speaking to our human consciousness. Will you join us in listening to the forest's whispers?

And why not connect with us and bring those voices to the human world together? The subtle whispers of many beings are influencing Loiseau Lune's consciousness strongly.

The forest speaks to us through L'oiseau Lune art. His works are expressions of his own heart, but also of the hearts of the forest and its beings.

I believe he was born as a human in this life to convey this to the human world. He is a being of the forest. He no longer needs to be hidden. He can express himself freely and with a big voice without fear. I feel that this moment has finally come.

Through our fateful encounter in 2016, his arrival to Japan in 2018, and his artist activities in Japan since 2019, we have been exploring the purpose of this encounter and have been guided by gifted connections to pursue our creative endeavors.

In the 10 years since we met, it has taken a lot of time for him to heal the deep emotional wounds that life has inflicted on him since childhood. While going through this healing process, he has frequently stepped on landmines called trauma, forcing him to stop again and again. Even though he wanted to move forward faster and create more, it has been a slow, steady process that has not allowed him to move forward as fast as he had hoped. It has been a long journey.

However, that pain itself connected him more deeply to the forest. And by continuing to express his heart even amidst the healing process, his work not only healed him, but also healed the people he encountered. His pure, heartfelt expressions have such a mysterious and magical power.

Unlike Europe where he grew up, governmental support is difficult to obtain in Japan, so it has not been easy to make a living through creative activities while healing emotional wounds. However, thanks to the support of family and everyone who has found and fell in love with his art, we have managed to get this far. We are deeply grateful.

After 10 years, his emotional pain has finally been relieved. I believe that in his future activities, these feelings will be transformed and sublimated even more positively.

And now, I feel that he has finally reached a stage where he can fully realize his talents and fulfill his important mission of connecting the world of forests with the world of humanity.

I believe that this is why he has been saved, and why he still exists in this world. With joy and deep gratitude for being able to be here on Earth, he is convinced that he wants to devote all the time he has from now on to this mission to the fullest.

The two doors to the public stage that opened for him last year are open to him again this year.

This month, his artwork had been selected for this year’s Shinseisaku Art Exhibition at the National Art Center in Tokyo again. His new ceramic sculpture, "Between us," will be exhibited in the 35-cube category.

It will be on display from next week on September 17th (Wed) to September 29th (Mon).  The 88th Shinseisaku Art Exhibition

He also has another opportunity to submit his painting to the Japan Modern Naive Art Society Exhibition, where he received the Naive Art Award, one of the top awards among general applicants, for the first time participation last year.

He is currently working on a larger-scale piece this year, but will not be able to submit it this year in time, so he will aim to try next year. Being able to present his work to such prestigious public exhibitions will expand the possibilities of our mission.

However, these challenges pose a significant financial challenge for us as we make our living in the forest of a countryside with a small economy. This is because it takes a long time to produce and it is generally difficult to generate income from large paintings in Japan. Up until now, financial obstacles have always been a tightrope walk, but we've managed to overcome them with some help and miracle gifts from our family and close friends.

The challenge we now face is one that far exceeds our previous obstacles.
It would be difficult to achieve on our own, so we have decided to launch a crowdfunding campaign to ask for your support.

He plans to continue the current painting work for the rest of the year and he will be unable to hold a solo exhibition. The funds raised will be used carefully to cover the costs of producing return items and ensuring the stable operation of his future creation.

We don't know if this is the right answer, but we will try it without setting a target amount.
We believe that life will decide for us as always. No matter how much we wish, we only receive just as much monetary energy as we need for our goal at the time. It always comes and goes…

However, since most people probably don't know how much support they should give, we've prepared the following participation returns:

① 3,000 yen+  Thank you postcard (by post) - sequentially
② 5,000 yen  Japanese-bound memo pad with L'oiseau Lune illustration on the cover - Early December
③ 7,000 yen  Earth Cafe raw chocolate bar set delivered with L'oiseau Lune illustration packaging - Mid-January or Early February (Not available overseas)
